That said, I watched L'Avventura last night. Still undecided on it to be honest. It wasn't the best choice for a beer, pizza and film night mind. Quote:
God yeah, same here. The amount of time I spend in front of my shelves deciding what to watch I could easily have fitted another film in |

Same with collecting DVD's and Blu-rays, I have mood swings where I feel like just selling them all and clearing all my debt then next day I want to buy more again.

I watched the Muppet Christmas Carol on Christmas Eve. I bought it on your recommendation Kyle and loved every minute of it. Your post reminded me of it. I may actually have to pick up another Muppet film, any suggestions? |

Although i don't really get fed up of watching films, i do watch a lot of tv series as well (on disc of course, i never watch any tv unless its Dr Who, Merlin or Attenborough). This breaks films up quite well. Just finished The Big Bang Theory series 2 which was excellent. Also, possibly the variety of films i watch helps, i would get seriously fed up just watching horror or gialli etc. |

I've pretty much been watching at least one film a day (sometimes more) for the past 20 years and beyond. I can't get enough and I never get sick of them. I'm a lifelong film obsessive, I'm afraid. I'm also pretty sure it's incurable, so there really is no hope for me! It's quite common to lose interest though. There have been many people I used to chat to online who now no longer have any interest in films. But what's annoying is that because they don't watch films much anymore, they've disappeared and don't bother to get in touch anymore. What's with that? So they don't watch films anymore - and what? We're not friends anymore? Just don't get it. So, Pete, stick around anyway, mate. There's plenty of good banter on here to keep you occupied.

Last night i watched some Bettie Page Dancing Films from Irving Klaw. Ideal whilst sipping a nice single malt. The films are never erotic but are quite mesmerizing, hypnotic even as the fifties guitar music plays along to each jiggle from the lovely Bettie who has a smile to die for. |
