The new ones a lot less cheerful and tongue-in-cheek! Its hard to beat the great adam west!

I've been watching a lot of the origional FIST OF THE NORTH STAR tv series (not the edited together manga release, or the crappy live-action movie.) I wish all saturday morning cartoons had been like this. Plenty of the old ultra-violence and mad max extras getting exploded by hokotu shin ken martial arts. God bless the japanese.

I haven't seen the new one yet, but I've been told there's not a POW, BANG or KAPOW anywhere in sight, Holy Wasted Opportunity Batman!

The 60"s Batman series is actually better than the film imho,a real shame there's still no dvd release.

I think most of you are missing the point of him being known as 'The Dark Knight'. Adam West is far from Dark.

Haha, now I would LOVE to see Christian Bale's Batman im the same costume as Adam West.
