Tetsuo Iron Man - Well that was cool. Really weird and unsettling at times, but very well done, and I'm looking forward to watching the next 2. Killer soundtrack too.

Creature from the black lagoon in 3D.

Not a fan of 3d, and i'm still not after this, works as well as i've ever seen 3D working so its the whole 3D in general not this. That aside its another flipping amazing transfer from universal.

Before that I watched Facination on Blu, another Rollin I find myself enjoying...i'm getting old! I'll be loving Franco's movies next!

Quite ironic that after being accused of being a stalker on the members review club thread, I decided to watch The Resident last night. For anyone unfamiliar, it's a recent Hammer film starring Hilary Swank as the titular resident of an apartment block who slowly get's the feeling that something isn't quite as it seems in the place. I won't give any more details so as not to spoil it for potential viewers, but I will say that it reminded me somewhat of Sleeping With The Enemy.
Also starring in his first Hammer film since 1976 is Sir Christopher Lee complete with an American accent, something which I don't think I've heard him do before. Anyway, it has been slated by the critics, but I liked it and found certain scenes to be extremely creepy and although it isn't entirely original, it's still worth a watch IMO.

Well said! It's by no means a masterpiece but it is a really decent little film

Yeah, I always check out the user reviews on IMDb prior to watching a film I haven't seen before and usually if it has a load of bad reviews, this means I will like it as was the case here
