I have heard some negative things about this film but i enjoyed it alot. For me it captured the feel and look of the 40s very well. On first view i can find many faults with it maybe a second viewing is needed but i dont think ill change my mind. Think ill get the Blu Ray soon.
I watched this the other night, thought it was f*cking awful...LA CONFIDENTIAL with it's soul sucked out.

some recent viewings, so going to watch something a bit more light hearted and less depressing after the other four,in the form of back to the future.

The entire trilogy looks stunning on BD, me and the kids had a Mcfly-a-thon a few weeks back!

Just watched Limitless on Film4, great film, highly recommended.

An action-thriller about a writer (Bradley Cooper) who takes an experimental drug that allows him to use 100 percent of his mind. As one man evolves into the perfect version of himself, forces more corrupt than he can imagine mark him for assassination.
Also stars the corrupt Sheriff from the ISOYG remake and Robert De Niro.

I nodded off when i watched it.

Possibly because Bradley Cooper has the personality of a tooth pick.

I will be giving it another go though.

I like Bradley Cooper, thought he was great in films like Midnight Meat Train, The A Team and My Little Eye, I haven't seen any of the Hangover films so I can't comment on his performances in them
