Excellent prices, Dem.

I bought a batch of these films when they were on offer last year, but they weren't as cheap as that.

And free postage as well.

Pure exploitation this one. Similar situation with Snuff etc. Is there a comm on your dvd?? If so listen in awe (it won't improve the film any but..... )

A lot of films are under £3.50

Mr. Dennings Drives North is recommended. As are Slayground, Circus of Fear, The Man Who Finally Died, Handgun, Devil Girl From Mars and Cat Girl if you don't own them. All are £3.15.
I'm tempted by all those you mentioned and would recommend Cat and Mouse.

Yes, that's also a very good psycho thriller. I never went on to page two with my recommendations but as you mention it i've also got Black Limelight, House of Darkness, Noose for a Lady, Rattle of a Simple Man, Not Now Comrade, Keep it up Downstairs...all very good in my opinion, although perhaps not to all tastes.

Oh yeah, and that Carnival of Souls with the Newman / Jones commentary at £3.25 should be a no-brainer for anyone who doesn't own the film already.

First blood.

my favorite film starring Sylvester stallone as John rambo a vietnam vet who comes home looking for his friend Delmore berry, but when he gets there
he is sad to find he has died from cancer.
then he gets harashed by a bigoted cop who wont let him have a meal in his town because he looks scruffy and neads a haircut.
but Rambo resists and gets arrested.
then in the police station they all pick on him and beat him up. but Rambo fights back and batters them all and goes off too hide in the woods.

this is very good film and Sylvesters best film. and i also like Colonal Trougtman who played his commanding officer in vietnam and comes to help Rambo.

high score of 96.9 out of 100.

From memory, the commentary is so good that even if you do have another release (the Criterion one, for example), it's worth picking up that one because it will really add to your appreciation of the film and your understanding of how it was made.

Yes it is. It's typical Newman / Jones. Very informative but in their own inimitable style.

I watched it again last Thursday with the commentary. I totally agree with something they said that they wished Candace Hilligos had the lead in Romero's Night of the Living Dead as it would have suited her perfectly.

I don't have the ones in orange. Do you recommend them all?

If you enjoyed the others, you should like those as well.

Nightbeat is very good, a British noir type of film.

And Barbara Shelley from the Hammer films is in a couple of them as well.
