You shouldn't have trouble finding a cheap copy of this - you can't move for copies in pretty much all the charity shops I go into ! [Please don't take this comment as a suggestion that it is a bad film - just that it regularly turns up in charity shops]

I think it was one of those films that did okay at the cinema but really took off when it hit dvd and sold millions of copies. If i recall it came out at least twice with new artwork probably on the back of Heath Ledger's hits like Brokeback Mountain and The Dark Knight.

Seeing as it's now seen as disposable or not cult or anything particularly collectible those millions got rid of their copies when they moved to streaming.

Perversely the Blu is long out of print and goes for at least a tenner, usually far more, on the second hand market.

Trailer Park Of Terror

A rather pleasant find from CEX sees a woman from a Trailer Park make a deal with the Devil and kills the other residents but they all return as some sort of Zombies. When a group of Teens from a Church Group come across the Trailer Park, they are subjected to multiple Horrors. This was a decent watch with some good gore and humor. The Zombie Guitarist reminds me of Kevin Bacon. If you come across it cheap, you may like it.

Bachelor Party

Tom Hanks take on the Adult Comedy which sees him getting engaged and his friends organize a wild Bachelor Party whilst his future Wife has a Bridal Party. Some hilarious and somewhat dubious hijinks ensue. It's rather funny, Hanks and friends are a bunch of Stifflers, one of which is the future American Ninja, Michael Dudikoff.

The Iron Maiden (1962)

Absolutely charming British comedy about a traction engine, starring Michael Craig and Alan Hale Jr.

Not to be confused with this.

Riggs and Murtaugh are back once again this time they are investigating a Chinese human trafficking ring led by a dangerous Triad boss with deadly skills in hand to hand combat. Now that Riggs is becoming a father and Murtaugh is going to be a grandfather everything is put into more perspective and they really have to think before doing anything wreckless but fortunately for us they soon throw caution to the wind and get involved in more life threatening bone head ideas .

This is a great final installment to the series just like the previous entries this one his high on action and high on laughs once again Leo is on hand to provide some hilarious moments. Everything is moving alone nicely things explode high speed car chases and some beautiful martial arts from the wonderful Jet Li and they things grind to a halt with the arrivals of lieutenant biscuits butters cup cake or what ever . I hate Chris Rock he is such a terrible actor he is just doing his stand up routine in every film he is in it must be written into his contract or something but it doesn't work his jokes and carry on is irrelevant to the scene which makes it even more grating.

A brilliant funny action packed time of only we could get a cut where Chris Rock was edited out id be so happy

Rush_Hour_poster.jpg

When a Chinese Consul's daughter is kidnapped a Chinese detective flies to LA to help find this girl but the FBI have different ideas and they send an LAPD detective to keep him distracted while they solve the case themselves.

I used to love these films back in the 90s when they came out but yesterday was my first time revisiting this one in maybe 20 years. I did not love this as much as I remembered I'll do the positive first Jackie Chan and his stunts and martial Arts is the obvious highlight but the rest is just hard to watch honestly the humour was very very hit and miss I know Jackie Chan films all have quirky humour but they don't all have Chris Tucker shouting his head off trying to be funny but really he isn't again just like Chris Rock when I was a teenager I found them funny but now they are just a pain in the ass. The one scene where they are staking out the Chinese restaurant and they start singing and dancing Christ what was that about

I won't be finishing this series.

Separated at birth two identical twins head out on a mission to seek revenge on the doctors who operated on them. Hilarity ensues

Basket Case is always a seedy dingey grimy sleazy good time. Just don't watch it with the volume too high the amount of screaming may cause deafness and bleeding of the eyes . I find it even more hilarious how absolutely no one at any stage can act even someone pointing at a door with no dialogue managers to make a balls of it . It takes a bit to get going but once it does it really does great gore and just an all around bizarre bit of fun.
