The Return to Oz. Brilliant film from the days when they weren't afraid to make dark films for kids!

Saw boxset of Count Duckula in HMV this week. I used to love this. I didn't buy though, as I know that I wouldn't have time to watch it. I may get it and play it at my afterschool club under the pretence that it is for the children

Ahh Duckula!! Me and my dad used to love watching that... well probably more me than him thinking about it

Igor and Nanny! Good memories!

Show them kids what they're missing with today's TV!

I remember loving Defenders of the Earth, The Visonaries, Thundercats, He Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Ulysses, Garfield and friends (a very sarcastic cat!), alvin and the chipmonks, chip n' dale rescue rangers, and one about raccoons in a forest, oh and Knightmare/funhouse/finders keepers etc on CITV.

Blimey we must be a similar age because you've just named every childhood favourite I used to watch, result!

Defender of the Earth was great, Visionaries was meh, Thundercats is the best damn cartoon ever made and Cartoon Network are bring a new darker version to screens next year.

Also watched Jayce and The wheeled Warriors, Galaxy Rangers, Dungeons and Dragons and GI Joe or as it was know in the UK Action Force...

Thundercats and Silverhawks were the two children's series i never missed. The first was more like fantasy, the other science fiction and both great theme tunes! Couldn't really choose. So now i've bought all the boxsets but Silverhawks has become a bit obscure.

Just listen to this tune!:
