The Wilson Bros did it again - their review of The Witchfinder General @ dvdactive.com is online. They seem to love both movie and Blu-ray just as much as I do.

Here you are: Witchfinder General - DVDActive/Reviews

Greetings!

His short film Intrusion is online on YouTube:

Unfortunately, the soundtrack is lost.

Here you find an alternative artwork for The Witchfinder General, done Arrow style by yours truly.

Excellent review, but am I missing something they keep referring to the gorgeous Hilary Dwyer as Leslie.

Hilary Dwyer with a willy - that's news to me, too. I guess they were watching a flick of this guy shortly before writing the review.

And you're right about her: she is a real cutie.

Two artworks for The Witchfinder General - the first is from Italy, the second from Germany.

I kinda like the German one.

Greetings!

Cool

Michael Reeves was apparently insistent that Donald Pleasance was the only choice for Hopkins. When you see 'Witchfinder' you see where he was coming from, there is a kinda Quite menace to Hopkins, also just read that both Price and Russell as the baddies had their entire Dialogue re-dubbed, Price did it willingly but Russell's voice was too soft and was voiced by Bernard Kay.

I just can't imagine Donald Pleasance in the role of Matthew Hopkins, Vincent Price is superb and definitely made it his own.
