As for "worst film ever": Kubrick's Full Metal Jacket is stupid and annoying.

Stone's Platoon, De Palma's Casualties of War, and Kotcheff's First Blood are so much better.

I'd have real trouble coming up with any kind of list. I've always found it really easy to avoid the films I know I won't like . . . !
