Italian dvd but no idea about pic quality (full screen is specified though).
There's also a Dutch dvd btw (also full screen).

Both are probably "grey releases".

Is Maximum Risk worth getting on blu or am I better sticking with the DVD?

Sunfilm's FSK 16's dvd was cut so I guess the blu will be as well?
And customers on Amazon.de seem to confirm this.
