Is it Worth Buying?

If anyone votes Fulci's Touch of Death in the 7/10 region then they need their head examining!

The 5.4 score on IMDb seems fairly high to me, especially as (generally) my scores for low-budget schlock tend to be comparable or higher than those on IMDb (I rate everything I watch on there).

For the record, I rate Touch of Death 4.2/10 although it has been a while (a couple of years at least) since I last saw it.

I really like it. In fact i'd class it as one of my favourite Fulci films. It's not high on the gore quotient though and nothing like his later splatter films.

I also really like it and it works well as an erotically charged mystery... not so much a traditional giallo, but an Italian take on a Film Noir in many respects. Definitely one of Fulci's better films and very highly recommended.
