The "Friday the 13th" remake is an abomination in the eyes of God and horror! Shit from start to finish. Not only that, it's really a remake of the same director's remake of TCM.

I own it, first day of release buy, I was really excited too but then as it played...

but I like the "Day of the Dead" remake the more I see it (on telly) so what do I know.

I'm a lover of all the originals, especially TCSM, so when I watch a remake I try to forget it's a remake and take it as just another film, eg I recently watched the Elm St one and, being a big fan of the original, I was expecting to hate it, however I really enjoyed it, same goes for the Dawn remake. Lets be honest the remaking of films saga is getting beyond a joke yes there will always be films that are being remade but now it seems all your ever getting is remakes sequals or cash in on films and its getting beyond a joke

Spiderman without toby maguire and they are starting it from scratch again on how he became spiderman.

I read that Total Recall will be a PG-13 but they're shooting alternate versions of scenes for an R or Unrated dvd/blu-ray.

Couldn't agree more, I had the misfortune of seeing this at the cinema, best thing about it was the end credits because then you knew it was over
