Shame.

I've seen it four or five times now and find it very watchable. Different strokes etc.

I'm not sure if it was because they are both Irish productions or because they were just similar in the humour and high school setting stakes but this zombie comedy was going through my head whilst watching Stitches.

As with Stitches it's very gory except zombies rather than killer clowns, with a finale to rival Jackson's Braindead in the carnage stakes. The gore isn't everything though. The film has re-watch value because of it's sharp dialogue and likable characters. Don't let the fact it stars Samantha Mumba put you off. Just like Ross Noble in Stitches, she fits the film perfectly.
It's been a while. If I can prise it out of the collection that is.....(As & Bs at bottom etc)

No I haven't - it certainly looks interesting though, thanks for the recommendation!

I watched Very Bad Things again last night, you've probably seen it, but it fits the description.

Very Bad Things is not to everybody's taste.

Depending on your personal preferences, this trailer shows all the film's weaknesses or strengths.

As for 'dark twisted comedies' - it's pretty twisted, it's very dark, but is it a (good) comedy? I'd say that's debatable.

I saw Very Bad Things at the cinema and did enjoy it, however the characters were often very annoying and i've never bothered with it on any home video format.
