Yes I agree £10 to watch a film is quite a lot really, especially if you was a family taking the kids by time you bought popcorn etc it would be near edging towards £40 , and yet some people grudge paying a tenner for a film you can keep for life .vue cinema near Samantha is £3:99 for any film no matter what on a Mondays ,we live 30miles apart I'm Blackburn way way she more Blackpool direction ,if my vue cinema does that then I'll make more of a effort to go quite regular ..

The Cujo Remake's New Title Isn't Going To Sit Well With Some Fans

C.U.J.O., which apparently stands for 'Canine Unit Joint Operations'

There that many films being remade is unreal, some have been floating literally for years , some get made come and go without realising .
Its like as if they want to remake nearly every film in existence again, granted remakes are always going to be done but it getting to point where we are being bombarded with to many remakes in one go and the film industries ran out of ideas ..
Tbh to me I feel a good % of the film industry at this moment in time is either remakes, reboots, sequels, cash in or DC and marvel superheroes..
I'm getting bored of it now that's why I try watch more world cinema or obscure and underground films these days , or look for films i myself haven't heard of that way your more likely to be surprised than disappointed because youre going into a film with no expectations

I really can't see IT failing tbh, it's being hyped up so much that it will be a box office smash, even if it's crap

It could be caught in production hell, with a perfectly serviceable script, people attached to direct, photograph, and do other aspects of the production, but there is no money or no interest to go out and finalise the casting process in order to get the shoot underway.

I've recently started the Marvel Cinematic Universe in chronological order with Captain America: The First Avenger, the first series of Agent Carter and Iron Man, possibly with Iron Man 2 and The Incredible Hulk this weekend, and they are great stories, beautifully realised with top production values. There are no complaints about superhero movies (and TV shows) from me.

That tends to be the case in some films these days,
I also find irrelevant to if the film good or not (we all have our own taste and preferences)
That some films eg maybe odd superheroe film they only need to announce their making so and so , and people say oh i want to go and watch it even if nothing else has been announced eg who directing it who in etc etc
