I know a couple of them aren't horror films in the strictest definition of the term, but they do have strong horror elements. I also watched the first two Crow sequels, but didn't think they qualified.

I did, it was quite captivating if you'll pardon the pun. Very low budget but what a brilliant refreshing script. Despite the copious amounts of gore the scenes i squirmed at were the needle sharing parts.

Everything that happens and the guy at the centre of it all just goes back home moves the cat from the chair, turns on the tv and eats cereal - priceless.

Just a quick mention for All Hallows Eve.

I thought this was severely flawed and at times dull in places but also fun in others with some grisly gore. At least unlike the tepid VHS films it looked like the films being watched were on a vhs and not a mobile phone, utilizing the relevant tape effects where needed.

Glad you enjoyed it - it's been a while since I've seen it myself so my have to revisit it... perhaps next Halloween.

Yeah, All Hallows' Eve was a little disjointed... it was created based on the success of how well the petrol station / clown segment was received as the short Terrifier though and in a lot of ways it maybe should have stayed as a short rather than them re-working it as a feature-length (albeit anthology) film. Apparently there's a sequel too, but I've no idea how well that one holds up.

I dropped a few of my usual Halloween faves this year - Dead Scared / The Hazing, House of 1000 Corpses, Satan's Little Helper, Hell Night, Halloween Night, Idle Hands, anything to do with Night of the Demons. So no doubt those will get watched next year.

The clown parts were well done i thought. It was the additional segments that let it down. The kids and babysitter were great though.
