I was lucky enough to make it down to the screening of The Horde in London this evening (where I met Almar and Robert Zombie). It's an action packed, fast paced, gore filled French zombie film that I would describe as a cross between 28 Days Later & Demons 2 with a bit of Assult on Precint 13 thrown in. Fans of the Living Dead are gonna love it!!!

I will put up a full review in my diary section tomorrow.

Three things you may find interesting today...

1) REAL fotage of a zombie experiment done in Moscow, 1956. See an re-animated heart, lungs and a re-animated decapitated dog's head.

2) Anyone heard of the music genre 'Zombiecore'? It's a genre of music that pays homage to zombie films and sounds a lot like thrash metal. Here's just an example...

3) From the new The Walking Dead...

- that's one great looking zombie!
