Horror Express and House That Dripped Blood on BD? Yes please. Great news, along with that of Synapse possibly bringing some Hammer to BD as well. Good times!

I didn't know that the whistling baggage handler in Horror Express (the one Peter Cushing performs an autopsy on), also played the zombie priest in Zombie Creeping Flesh. The actor's name was Victor Israel, he was in loads of movies.

He was also in the howlingly essential Werewolf And The Yeti.

Wasn't this on the nasties list? I've never seen it myself, is it available as a legit release?

Yep it went all the way to the final DPP 39, which is absolutely bonkers when you look at it today. Would easily pass uncut now. I don't think there's a DVD release of this. I only have the pre-cert and a strong DVD transfer of it. |

I went for Peter Cushing even though I have seen far more Sir Christopher Lee films as I can't decide between them. Also I think Sir Christopher Lee is a better Singer than Peter Cushing, especially his charlamaine Heavy metal concept album and his work with The Tolkein Ensemble. |

That's why he refused his lines in Dracula Prince of Darkness. I love them both as much I think, especially when they're together. Cushing was the better actor but Lee ties it by being an icon as Dracula, Fu Manchu and Lord Summerisle.
