It's being rumoured that there will be a new live DVD coming out ... sometime.

When I was at the Hammersmith show, I saw some cameras in use, but I thought they were just filming things that were being projected onto the back screens. However, Big Mick down the pub said he has it on good authority that the entire concert was professionally filmed with view to releasing it in the future

*IF* it is going to be released, I have no idea whether it will be a standalone DVD / CD (like 'Brutally Live' or 'Theatre Of Death') or whether it will be an additional disc with the next studio album that is released (like 'Detroit Stories' / 'A Paranormal Evening' or 'Road' / 'Live At Hellfest')

Some rare 8mm live footage from 1971 of the original Alice Cooper Group playing has emerged. It is some of the only color footage from the "Love It To Death" tour.

The first piece is from the Stepan Center, Notre Dame University, Indiana on March 19th and featured excerpts from:
Sun Arise / Caught in a Dream / Is It My Body / Black Juju

The second piece is from the Morris Civic Auditorium, South Bend, Indiana on November 25th and features excerpts from:
Be My Lover / You Drive Me Nervous / Yeah Yeah Yeah / I'm Eighteen / Halo of Flies / Is It My Body? / Dead Babies / Killer / Long Way To Go / Under My Wheels

"Spools out for summer"

You can buy an Alice Cooper-branded reel-to-reel recorder for just ?27,000 / Classic Rock Magazine

"The Revox machine is limited to just 25 units, and there's a snazzy turntable too

...audio manufacturer Revox have hooked up with Alice Cooper to produce a branded version of their iconic B77 MK III recorder.

The machine, which retails for ?27,000 [Euros] (UK$23,123 / US$29,565), comes with a master tape of Cooper's 2018 EP The Sound of A, which featured the title track alongside four classic live cuts, The Black Widow, Public Animal # 9, Is It My Body and Cold Ethyl."

Please don't let Alice turn into Gene Simmons !

Alice is doing a co-headlining tour of the US with Judas Priest later in the year. No mention of which act will be on first, whether they will be alternating headline spots or if they will be sharing equal length on-stage appearances

Also appearing on the bill are Corrosion Of Conformity

The two have previously appeared together on the US 'Operation Rock And Roll' tour in 1991, which also featured sets from Motorhead, Dangerous Toys and Metal Church

Interesting ...

"For the first time in over 50 years, Alice Cooper and the original band reunite to bring rock 'n' roll back from the shadows! The Revenge of Alice Cooper is a high-voltage journey into vintage horror and classic '70s shock rock. Together, they've created an album packed with the sound, energy, and mischief that made them legendary.

This album throws you straight into the golden era of Killer, Billion Dollar Babies, School's Out, and Love It To Death - packed with electrifying riffs, raw energy, and Alice's signature storytelling. From the venomous bite of Black Mamba to the rebellious charge of Wild Ones, and the soft, haunting melodies of See You on the Other Side, every track feels like a lost rock 'n' roll classic.

Tracklist
1. Black Mamba
2. Wild Ones
3. Up All Night
4. Kill The Flies
5. One Night Stand
6. Blood On The Sun
7. Crap That Gets In The Way Of Your Dreams
8. Famous Face
9. Money Screams
10. What A Syd
11. Inter Galactic Vagabond Blues
12. What Happened To You
13. I Ain't Done Wrong
14. See You On The Other Side"

Apparent release date in July 25
