I was thinking Holidays in the Sun and then remembered that in fact that was someone else completely different then I realised I know these punk songs by Skid Row doing cover versions

Yeah, same here. I mentioned Havana Affair earlier. That is a Ramones song but the version i prefer is by RH Chili Peppers on the We're a Happy Family tribute album.

Superb album by the way. features the likes of Metallica, U2, Green Day, Kiss, Rob Zombie, The Pretenders, Tom Waits, The Offspring, Garbage...

Most likely come out with Blitzkrieg Bop first then run away in embarrassment.

Havana Affair and Pet Sematary. Yay passed the test. In the time it took me to type this out. Lucky i only have one Ramones shirt... which i've never worn. Bought it from music zone back in the early 00's

True Black Metal. No allegiance to any sellout crap like Darkthrone, Burzum or Mayhem, just the blackest of black all the way.

Or Metallica.

"It's like, how much more black could this be? And the answer is none — none more black."

Cycled home from work in what felt like a cyclone so I'm going to pass out on the floor to this now.
