Just ordered the new Marduk album I have only listened to one track on YouTube the rest will be a surprise but then again it won't be any surprise cause I already know it will be amazing.

With Mortuus in vocals, they never made a bad album, but I still prefer Funeral Mist

I love all their albums dearly but this was the pinacle if their brutality they always kept an evil eerie sound but this one is intense.

Their first album Rape of the Bastard Nazarene is more of a death metal album and the production is much more unpolished.

Choronzon and Antichrist are in the same vein as Words but their last album Renaissance in Extremis has much more clean vocals and harmonies but still has that evil sound. Jason's voice is a little more wobbly during some of those clean parts but I still love it really gives the rawness to it.

They absolutely kill every era of their career live when I saw them they played songs from every album and they all sounded like the album's .

I only have a t-shirt of their last album but it's special because I bought it at the gig from Jason himself a real gentleman.
