I rewatched my two live dvd's of them in the summer. Fantastic stuff. Hard, heavy, none PC, they really don't give a shit. Guitarist Ruyter kicking guys trying to grope her from below.

I know it ruins the atmosphere but in fairness when I saw them people really didn't have their phones out which was a surprise it was nice to see people just caught up in the moment

I know you don't like them and they aren't extreme but Ghost have banned all phones from future shows.

I think they have been doing that already. If I remember you have to put them in a sealed bag which the venue staff give you on the way in.

Marillion just do a stage announcement saying you paid to see us play the songs and not the screen of a phone.

It seems like a problem at metal gigs but then you see footage from pop concerts and it is literally ever bugger with the phone out. So all of a sudden it doesn?t seem too bad seeing 10 people taking pics at a black metal show
