Don't watch it Dem, it's an instrument of child abuse....my Dad took me to see it at the cinema in the 70s, no child should have to suffer that. There should be laws against progging a child.

Ignore him, it's ****ing great!

As is Pulse, which contains the greatest guitar solo EVER (the second solo in Comfortably Numb, 4:50 seconds of excellence)!!

Their best album, in my opinion.

Watched the documentary on 'The Big 4' DVD

Very awkward meeting between Dave Mustaine and Lars Ulrich (13:51)

Uncomfortable much????

Dave: *Thinks 'Oh God, I wish I was somewhere else'
Lars: *Thinks 'Oh God, I wish I was somewhere else'

Been blasting out a lot of Slayer lately, so today I watched these two

And, cos I was in that kind of mood, I tuned my home guitar down to play along (where I could)

I watched the live dvd from High on Fire's Blessed Black Wings album last night.

Just five tracks, but five tracks of savage, primal rock. Nearest comparison for those that don't know the band - Entombed and their rock n' death approach.

I found this in ASDA for £3, probably not even worth that much, crap pic quality (which I can forgive), and even crapper performance (mainly Scott Gorhams out of tune/key guitar work). Didn't realise it was from the post Brian Robertson period, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered, certainly no Live & Dangerous anyway!

We have a customer who is Lizzy's biggest fan, so I got a copy of this DVD, and put it on the pub big screen for him

Even he thought it was lackluster, and wasn't impressed with it

As a confession, I have not seen the 'Live And Dangerous' DVD, nor have I heard the record
