Some choice titles there guys.

BS - there are a few of those I haven't heard of before so will definitely have to check them out!

I'll post my list in a bit... gonna need some thought!

(Disclaimer: I'm not going thread crazy tonight - I actually posted this one by accident! - my browser froze when I was posting the Xmas thread, so when I came back to it it looked like I hadn't created it, so I accidentally ended up creating it again... Some quick thinking had to be employed to come up with another thread idea! )

Finally got to see them at the Roundhouse last year, they were giving out earplugs at the door! Was a brilliant performance which ended with an epic 10 minute wall of noise.

Tough one this. I can't pick my Top Ten, far too many to list and it changes all the time, but he's 10 of my favourites in no particular order.
1. Electric Ladyland-Jimi Hendrix
2. The Stone Roses-The Stone Roses
3. Physical Graffiti-Led Zeppelin
4. ...and Justice For All-Metallica
5. Rage Against The Machine-Rage Against The Machine
6. Reign in Blood-Slayer
7. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son-Iron Maiden
8. In Utero-Nirvana
9. Expecting to Fly-The Bluetones
10. Burn My Eyes-Machine Head

As you can see, I listen to a wide range of styles from Thrash Metal to Indie/Alternative

Been pondering this list for ages now and have thought about it seriously as to what a top ten album actually is and means to me.

I've looked at every one of my 3258 cd albums and have narrowed it down to 163 possibilities.

No idea how to come up with ten from that amount, so i sorted them into decades and will be doing a top ten from the seventies, eighties, nineties and finally the noughts.
