Nice one with The Stranglers, Dem. I was just listening to Rattus, No More Heroes and Black and White the other day. They still sound amazing back to back.

How did you find Operation Mindcrime? Does it still hold up? I can remember listening to that in '91 in the common room at school (god, I feel old).

I ****in' love Mindcrime. It's one of my top five albums of all time.

I hadn't listened to it in ages and it sounded just as fresh vital and brilliant as when i first heard it.

I have it in a deluxe book edition as well as vinyl, Livecrime cd and dvd.

Looks like it's time to revisit Mindcrime. What version do you recommend? What's the dvd like?

Either of these.

The first has the Queen of the Ryche ep with it on a separate disc and the second has a couple of extra live tracks.

The dvd is a run through of the album from 91. It's very good but i'd say get the music first then you'll appreciate the concert.
