This is excellent. Doesn't really sound like Opeth that much* which in a way is good and shows they are still evolving.

*I still don't own their last two albums so maybe it does sound like them.

I adore that first 30 Seconds to Mars album. Everything they've released since has to grow on me, and it usually takes a while. I do enjoy everything they do -- eventually, at least -- although I think every album they've released since their debut ha a ton of filler and even the best tracks aren't half as good as anything off their debut. This one, though? Perfection. I wish they would release something these days that impressed me as much as that phenomenal first album.

Also, gotta comment on Iron Maiden's BRAVE NEW WORLD. I've never been a big Maiden fan, so I'm not the best judge of such things, but that's a great album. Highly underrated, in my opinion.

Brave New World is my second fave Maiden album after 7th Son of a 7th Son. I think Dream of Mirrors is my fave Maiden track of all time.
