It was £15 for the normal one and £18 for the 3 disc one in HMV
I left it for now because it'll be cheaper in a couple of weeks. I can listen to it on Spotify.

Directed by that crazy Swedish man Jonas Akerlund, this video is so good, channeling Mayhem circa 1990, even down the the fake Metallica logo I love the video camera bits.

I love the variety in the videos from Hardwired… to Self-Destruct and love the way Metallica have embraced YouTube and, for probably the first time since the whole Napster shitstorm, made their music freely available for people to listen to in advance of it being available to buy (whether directly, or indirectly through Spotify).

I haven't done it yet, but I'll probably wait until there are videos for all the tracks and then watch them in the order they appear on the album.

The official video for the Kate Bush song 'And Dream Of Sheep (live')

"The vocal was performed live while filming Kate lying in the huge water tank at Pinewood Studios. This was to create a sense of realism, as the character in the song is lost at sea. However it became more realistic than Kate had imagined. She spent so long in the water during the first day of filming that she contracted mild hypothermia. She recovered after a day off and carried on filming. Everyone agreed it had added to the authenticity of the performance. This film was then projected onto a large oval screen which hung above the stage during the performances of her live show."

Finally listened to all of the new Metallica album. Apart from the odd song needing to be trimmed in length, overall I like it. Definitely some good riffs, that I'll be sure to learn when I get chance

I've listened to it several times and more or less agree with your assessment.
