It was released just before Christmas on nin.com only as a 12" or download. It's actually pretty good. It's Trent's celebration that Atticus Ross is now officially a member of NIN.

He was quite happy about the fact it's not easy to listen to and sounds nothing like Hesitation Marks.

I posted the video in this thread back in December.
