If they could just book Sabbath or Deep Purple or another great classic rock act rather than Slipknot or such like for the last headline then it might be worth seeing.
Rik, Nordicdusk and ArgentoFan1987 like this.

Deep Purple? Really? They have turned into a pretty random Rock band over the years. Their last good album was "Come Taste The Band".

You obviously haven't listened to anything since 1995 then. Now What, Rapture of the Deep and Perpendicular are all very good albums.

Admittedly thats just my opinion, however critical and fan's seem to rate them as well. Added to the fact Now What was a top 20 hit album.

I seem to recall you made a similar statement about Motorhead a while ago.

I listened to previews of all mentioned albums more than once, Dem. I even picked one or two songs that sounded promising of each album and listened to them on YouTube.

They are still a good Rock band, but they don't sound like Deep Purple to me anymore. Each to his own, I guess.

This is quite possibly the greatest thing I've seen this year, better than his earlier lightshows!

Slayer Christmas Light Show Dedicated to Jeff Hanneman

3:20 - the best riff in the entire Slayer catalogue

It's been announced that both KISS and Nirvana are going to be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2014

Other inductees are Cat Stevens, Hall & Oates, Linda Rondstat, Peter Gabriel, Andrew Loog Oldham, Brian Epstein and The 'E' Street Band

Surprised it took so long for Kiss to be inducted. Saying that Rush should of been inducted years ago not just last year better late than never.
