Looks like there is a new rock festival coming to the East Midlands - "One day, one stage, 'old school' rock"

STONEDEAF 2018

If only there was a better band than Wolfsbane as second support.

Both Anvil and Graham Bonnet should be higher in the bill, BUT it's in the Midlands and Wolfbane are a 'local' band (they come from Tamworth) so presumably they will bring in a lot of fans

Possibly

Newark is only about 30-40 minutes from where we are. (East Midlands airport and Donington is closer!)

Not really interested in Skid Row
Only really like one Wolfsbane song ('I Like It Hot'), which I doubt if they will play
I think I saw The Quireboys back in the day
I'd like to see Anvil, but not in a 30 minute, mid afternoon set
Graham Bonnet is a legend
Chrome Molly were a fun NWOBHM band, but again they deserve a better slot
The other acts are 'battle of the band' type winners, who I don't know

That's very dismissive of a band with their fourth album coming in August - Massive Wagons, and the latest band of former Skin singer Nev MacDonald who have two albums to their name - Hand of Dimes and more UK chart success behind him than Wolfsbane, Anvil and Chrome Molly put together.

Fallen Mafia are a bit average. I remember watching a video of theirs on Blabbermouth last year.

No dates yet, but KISS to embark on their 'biggest tour' yet in 2019 | Planet Rock

Whitesnake postpone new album 'Flesh and Blood' due to 'technical issues' | Planet Rock

Expect a release date in early 2019 now
