Iron Maiden now have 26 Top 10 albums to their name, more than any other group save for The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Queen.

Senjutsu charted in the American Billboard 200 at #3.

It's Iron Maiden's highest ever chart placing in America.

Looks like there's a possible new Deep Purple album on the way following last years superb Whoosh.

The latest Classic Rock mag has a page advert with mugshot photos of the guys with the slogan Turning to Crime typed multiple times at the top of the page and www.turningtocrime.com at the bottom.

Constantly missing out on the Ozzy support dates is obviously costing Judas Priest a lot of money

Rob Halford has resorted to appearing in television adverts for Plymouth Rock insurance!

Judas Priest have just headlined 20,000 people at Bloodstock (Along with Kreator and Devin Townsend).

I don't know why they just don't grab Saxon or Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons and do their own tour. They've apparently got a new album ready to go and their last one - Firepower - was their best since Painkiller in 1990.

Those ads make me want to play Painkiller very loud. No headphones just bring the walls down loud.

So i'm going to!
