Thanks for that lovely sentiment, J. I'm doing it for my sis, as she's been a fan for years.

Yes, but that's your hobby so of course you'd prefer it.

Ryan Adams has added some extra dates to his sold out tour which go on sale this Friday. Warrington Parr Hall is one of the venues which makes me happy as I turned my nose up at another solo trip to Manchester Apollo but Warrington is only 20 mins away on the train

I'm glad i don't go to Glastonbury. One or two bands aside this is a shit line up. I've barely heard of the bands and artists playing. |

Agreed, all the bands I'd want to watch I've already seen live, and having a ****ing busker headline, I couldn't give a rats arse if he's originally a Halifax lad, I can't stand a single song he's written/ripped off from TLC! I've still got a VHS of the whole of Channel 4's coverage of Glasto 95, great line up that year with The Prodigy, Pulp and Oasis being the highlights that year

If you followed the rock scene then you would have heard of the bands at Download, i'm not saying you'd like them but you'd be aware of them. I do agree if you mainly mean the Dogtooth stage. Aside from headliners Exodus and Wednesday 13 they are all unknown to me. |

Sundays second stage at Download looks to be the place to be. Slayer, Opeth, Clutch, Ministry, Anathema and Devil Driver. |
