Saw At The Drive-In on Tuesday night in Brixton. Amazing show by an amazing band. The energy has gone down (Omar Rodriguez-Lopez looked like he didn't want to be there) but the musicianship has gone up, so it was unbelievable. And as a bonus, they played one of my favourite songs of all time, Catacombs. Justin101 likes this. |

Had 3 gigs in 3 days last week which was great... Saw MULATU ASTATKE on Thursday, the so called Godfather of Ethiopian Jazz (probably best known for featuring on the soundtrack of Jim Jarmusch's film Broken Flowers), THE LEVELLERS on Friday in Brum and then FRANK TURNER on saturday.
