Curios Q? Could they not kick him out and reform under a new name? Or something along those lines.

I imagine that's what they will do, start fresh, but they have to deal with the emotional loss first. Plus the fact that the scummy guy posted pics of his band mates online while they were naked. They might not want to jump straight into a new band.
