I used to love this track as a kid, it's still my fave David Essex tune.

I have to admit that it's not my favourite song by Uncle Alice, but it is a damn classic nevertheless

I think it's my favourite song by Mr Cooper even though I don't own any of his CDs. It shows up in so many films and TV episodes that I'm glad I don't have it and listen to it frequently as I generally end up listening to it on YouTube after the movie/episode has finished so I'm not tired of hearing it.

As it always tended to be playing in the changing room when I went swimming at the local leisure centre in 1991 or '92, I really like Poison.

'Poison' is NOT Alice. 'Poison' is a hair-metal band from the 80's!

Proper Alice, which isn't "Schools Out" - try these:

Mind you, I'd be better off suggesting that you hunt down the recordings for the following albums:

Love It to Death (1971)*
Killer (1971)*
School's Out (1972)*
Billion Dollar Babies (1973)*
Muscle of Love (1973)
Welcome to My Nightmare (1975)*
Alice Cooper Goes to Hell (1976)
Lace and Whiskey (1977)
From the Inside (1978)
Flush the Fashion (1980)
Special Forces (1981)

* NOTE - Thise marked with an '*' are considered to be essential by Alice fans
