I wonder consider either the original or the cover a guilty pleasure as they are both hauntingly amazing!

It's music for those who don't like music.

Especially not a 39 year old frontman in a rock band with an unhealthy obsession with Rush, EVH and Yngwie '****ing one trick pony' Malmsteen!

The original is absolutely breathtaking. Sonic Youth always do the best covers.

I always preferred Lisa Scott-Lee, so when I did a charity gig with her a couple of years ago I was like a little kid having my photo took with her, she wasn't too impressed when I had my hand on her arse not long after this photo was taken

Three songs above all make me gag with fury:

"Stairway To Heaven"
"Bohemian Rhapsody"
"Sweet Child Of Mine"

I'd be very happy to live in a world without any of those awful affronts to hearing.

Of recent songs, Ed Sheeran's "The A Team" is absolutely bloody dreadful and inept. And it has started cropping up at almost every acoustic open mic I do/host. Depressing.
