It doesn't seem as if you can register with the site to buy if you are in the UK (unless my virtually non-existant German is letting me down!)

No UK in the countries when you register and only bank transfer or cash as an international payment option...

they do ship to the UK although as stated there is no UK option on the checkout screen.

I used there contact us address and after a few rounds of email tennis ordered off them yesterday paid through paypal as well at 08.30am and got an email mid afternoon to say it had been shipped.

ask for a paypal request in you're email and they are very helpful.

by the way i tried ordering off dvd-uncut and they wanted a whopping 16 euros for postage and would only accept bank transfer.
