My disc is the same in the same scene. I imagine it is an issue with the source material because Disc pressing issues rarely appear in the same scene on all discs they are sporadic. As it is a minor issue & doesn't cause a system lockup or disc freeze if you can just ignore it that's your best option.

I think it's just an alternative title label - like Blastfighter has 'Force of Vengeance' on the front and Anthro has 'The Beast' (I think).

That said, I can't recall Spasmo ever being called or referred to as 'Spasm' anywhere. These Italian films are notorious for their array of alternative titles though so maybe it is the case that Spasm was used somewhere.

I thought that too, so tried to look it up but I can't find anywhere that it is referred to in such a way What artwork is on the reverse? Is it the head with the fist coming through?
