The firmware on my player is as up to date as it can be (had to update it to play 'Godfather part 2' a while back) so it can't be that. I own both 'Bogeyman' and 'Night Train Murders' on DVD so won't shed too many tears but if was to happen with something like 'Splatter University', I'd be gutted.

... on the subject of 'Splatter University', this still hasn't turned up in my local HMV'S, despite the DVDs being in since the release date. Has anyone else been able to pick this up from HMV?

Yeah I've seen it I store. Would have picked it up but still waiting for my copy to turn up from then crowdfunding campaign. Getting slightly annoyed about that now.

I think it's a problem with Sony blu ray players. I had a Sony 360 and a number of 88's films wouldn't play on them. I updated the firmware but it still would't play some of them. So I ended up getting a Pioneer multi region bd player and they all play fine.

"It appears we have a faulty batch of Splatter University Blu-ray. The first pressing is missing a scene at the head of reel 4. This has been reinstated for the second pressing. Really sorry about this. If you would a replacement disc please send your address and your faulty disc only to:

Says the head of reel 4 would this chapter 4 on the disc menu does anyone know? Just got this the other day.

Not sure, but it's a scene just over an hour into the film, the scene missing comes after Forbes Riley is putting the things in her car, and includes a kill scene, it lasts over a minute.

Stephen, sorry to be a bit cheeky but... could you please ask them if i could send my disc and case back for new ones? i have a broken case and due to the recent change in cases its gonna be hard to get a replacement any other way.
