They do them all year but new titles get added /removed all the time. There are a fair few in their 5 for £30 offer now.

Pretty ****ed off that I paid £20 for the slip cover edition of this for it to be re-released a couple of years later, why couldn't they have remastered it first time round!

I'm hoping 88 are getting a handle on things. They've assured colour correction and extras on one dark night. Hopefully its a sign of improvment.

for some titles with 88 you have to keep your powder dry for a while - particularly italian titles as 88 are sometimes a bit lax with colour correction in particular. Severin announced they were going to put this out in the states. i suspect this upgrade is in anticipation that the Severin transfer will turn out to be superior to 88's original release. at least there is an upgrade but like you i'd wish they'd get it right first time.

I might wait for Severin to release it then instead of buying another copy from 88
