I'm seeing reports that the slipcover version of The Beast in the Cellar is becoming quite scarce if anyone is still thinking of buying it.

The Blood on Satans Claw slip is sold out for Blu-ray as well although the 4k seems to be available everywhere. I imagine that Witchfinder General is going that way too

You?re lucky then, I went to 3 shops here in Edinburgh and none of them had slips and neither did the one I bought from Amazon. Kind of annoying but such is life lol. If you?re looking to buy one grab it now before it?s too late.

Witchfinder and Satan's Claw I'm not massively interested in. Much as i love the films, the earlier Screenbound blus are great and I'm happy with those. I suppose the completist in me would obviously want the whole 88/Tigon collection with slips but my wallet just laughs at me anyway.

I think 88films are getting worse cause the films that are ment to be coming out in december are now not coming out till the end of january like the story of the cloistered nun and the end of febuary like dragon fist and sex and zen. erotic ghost story trilogy and he man are not coming out till febuary 24th I'm getting fed up with them.

I would prefer a label delayed a title by a month or two than rush it out with imperfect colour timing and/or synchronisation issues, leading to a replacement program.

To be honest i'd prefer a label keep quiet until a release is practically set to go.

That would be better, but every label is going to announce early and let the speculation drive pre-order sales.

Vinegar Syndrome manage to do it that way. See their thread on here. When a new release is announced it's already to go, artwork and everything.
