Coming on BluRay from Severin with a tentative release date of Oct 25, the awesome Killing of America. As mondo/docu/shocku-mentaries go, this is perhaps the most serious and thought provoking, raising debate about America's gun laws, all the more relevant today. I still have the UK UNCUT (Yeah, I know!) version on DVD from Exploited Video, remember them? Defo day one purchase.  Watch trailer at own discretion.

It'll be interesting to see what their colour correction is like but I won't be buying this, I'm more than happy with the 88 release. I just wish Severin would get their fingers out and get on with releasing the other titles they've acquired like Devils Honey and Eaten Alive.

Yes, Severin is releasing Beyond the Darkness. Since 88Films seems to have forgotten to color correct most of their Italian scans, I'm really looking forward to the Severin releases instead. The colors on their Zombie Holocaust disc looks amazing in comparison to the 88 disc. Looking forward to the new Burial Ground transfer. The 88 Films was okey, but there was traces of some digital tinkering, as the grain looked odd at times during movement. So there sure is room for improvements. keirarts likes this.
