I assume the original score will now be intact as it was replaced for rights issues in the old UK/US Sony dvd release on the English soundtrack.I think (Not 100% sure) a few deaths were trimmed for the 'R' version, but left intact on the old RCA Silver series video version here, so it would be nice to see them even as an extra if possible.

I would like to think so. The US blu-ray has the original music restored.

Justin Kerswell just told me that he's in talks to contribute to their Happy Birthday To Me disc. Justin really knows his stuff, and his Hysteria Lives/Continues contributions are always worth listening to. Powerhouse/Indicator are hitting it out of the park with their first titles.

I shall be there for Body Double, my fave De Palma film. Looks to have some good extras on it too.

Body Double is one of the few films i'd buy on bluray as a double dip.

No.

Odd films like Body Double aside i won't be replacing dvd's with Blu's just for the sake of it. (At least that's the intention)

However this edition is dual format so it's fine, i'll be able to watch a new pristine print hopefully, even in upscaled standard edition.

Body Double is my favourite from De Palma, and I'm a massive fan of the man. It's so delightfully trashy.
