But of course Bill could stop the bootleggers and scalpers by simply making his products easier for the world to obtain. There have been a few Code Red Blus and even DVD's in the past few years I'd love to get but their so bloody difficult or expensive to get I don't bother looking anymore.

You misinterpret the bootleg part.

In the past Bill has called Arrow and many other legit labels bootleggers.
