Customer service is rubbish, but delivery is free, customs friendly and usually arrives within 10 days. It's my go-to for American discs currently.

My other issue with diabolik is they stopped being customs friendly a while back. I was consistently getting hit for customs fees. Wow has been great so far. Just scored the limited edition emnanuel in America for £15. Not long since i ordered the standard release but at thst price itd be rude not to.

I haven’t used Diabolik for ages, WOWHD are easily the best these days, only issue I’ve had with them is them cancelling my order of Arrows LE Re-Animator which meant I had to spend a bit more getting it from Amazon US

To be honest, i've never had any customs issues with Diabolik whatsoever. Always order around 6 discs at a time to justify the postage as well.
In all the years i've been importing films, the only time i got hit for a customs charge was by SAE last year.

And i guess you mean Emanuelle and The Last Cannibals? I payed more for the standard version of that at Diabolik. £15 is a good price for the limited edition.

The only thing is though, is that you can't buy a lot of Code Red releases. I wouldn't have been able to buy Cut and Run, Cry of a Prostitute, Butcher Baker, Julie Darling, etc, if it wasen't for Diabolik.

I'm just glad that Scorpion have taken over some of Bill's italian titles now. At least they're getting better distribution.

They are as long as you order items individually and don't place a bulk order. For bulk orders they often use DHL which means there is a customs risk.

I've been ordering from them for a few years now to the extent they have now become my primary provider of imported media. I've yet to have an issue with them too.
