I should imagine Stephen payed a prity penny for those TT BDs of FN and NOTLD only for Arrow to release a supperior edition.

Got the French Blu, so I'm not fussed about that one. Femme Fatale is one I still need to track down . . .

I don't think I've even seen it. That silver mask is hugely familiar though.

The Phantom of the Paradise is one of De Palma's most unusual and interesting films. Definitely worth a watch. I was debating whether to pull the trigger on the French BD, but I am glad I didn't now that Arrow will be releasing it.

As it's one of the (very few) Brian De Palma films I haven't seen, I'll definitely buy a copy.

You make it sound as if you don't want these films to be released outside the Twlight Time limited releases. Is that what you mean, and if so, why?

EDIT: Ah, it was a tongue-in-cheek comment. My bad.

I don't think we'll be seeing new BDs of FN and NOTLD90 for quite some time. I think probably the best hope is that when the 3 year license expires on them they'll be released again in the US. Especially if Blu-ray uptake continues apace, then a few years down the line it might be cost effective for them to put them out again.

Not at all, I'd still buy them. Wouldn't make the TT discs any less collectable, just like The Fury. Of course, it looks like Arrow might be using the art below, for the reverse of the BD (I hope not though!).

That's a great cover! And better than the TT one too I have to add (although that was largely ruined by the stupid title font)

Yeah, the TT cover font was ridiculous. I'd rather have the original theatrical poster.

I'm just generally interested, I really don't see the issue, personally, and would genuinely like to understand why it is an issue. I'm not really sure why you seem to think I'm determined to take issue with it. It's such an non-issue to me, which is why I'm so interested in why anyone would see it as an issue.
It's cool. As I said I meant it jokingly, along the lines of "oh no! All we'll hear is everyone saying Arrow should release those other titles now!".
