Maybe this is Arrow's way of getting fans of the film to buy both the original DVD edition and the new Blu/DVD combo when it's released.

As far as I know, High Rising made the decision, not to include these old extras for the simple reason that they weren't amongst their favourite stuff they've done (ie, thought they weren't very good), and I don't think Arrow wanted to splash out money again to put them on the blu-ray (plus the new extras), as HRP owns them.

I looked back a few pages and couldn't see if this had been mentioned before, so apologies if it has.

Over on Mondo Digital's upcoming DVD and BluRay release list, Arrow are down for a June 23th BluRay of Contamination.

Will definitely be up for Contamination in HD.
Great film. And a fabulous Goblin soundtrack as well.
