I already have the first 5 on the German Mediabook Black Edition Blu Rays so Arrow will have to pull out some awesome extras to cause me to double dip.

...says the man with 4 (!) blu rays of The Beyond......

Hopefully Arrow will give the full restoration treatment for the films.

Watching Hellbound & Hell On Earth dvds from Anchor Bay tonight. Arrow's blu's can't come soon enough. The dvd of Hellbound is pretty bad, imo.

If I recall correctly, Hell on Earth didn't look great either on DVD since the added uncut footage was taken from a pretty ugly tape source, resulting in noticeable shifts in image quality throughout the film.

Good to hear that Hellraiser 1 to 3 are getting the Arrow treatment. I would love to get a UK version of Hellraiser: Bloodline too that mirrors the (far too expensive) German mediabook in that it has a BD of the theatrical cut and the workprint too.

To be honest, I'd happily buy arrow releases of all of the Hellraiser films. I'm not going to debate the quality of the later movies, but purely to have a uniform set of the films from one label would be great - the releases are so fragmented worlwide. I'm not bothered about new extras for the straight to DVD films. Just bring over the existing commentaries and deleted scenes and that's enough. It's all about finally having a nice uniform set.
