So has anyone actually bothered to watch there Female Prisoner Scorpion box set yet? Or are you all to busy complaining online that the font isn't quite right or that the box doesn't make you breakfast in the morning. Anyone compared it to the Eureka box ?

No, I haven't watched it myself yet (still waiting on those bacon and eggs ), although from some of the grabs I've seen it looks pretty good albeit a more teal colour palette in places (also briefly mentioned (in the albeit brief overall) DVD Beaver review which has quite a few screen caps). I'll wait to judge until I've seen it it motion. I've never owned the Eureka box set myself so can't compare directly.

You should realize from the What Films Have You Seen? thread that no one actually watches the things they buy.

Demdike keeps buying blu rays of film's he'll never watch , for a machine he'll never buy, it's enough to make the inspector weep into his fancy whiskey.

These are taken from Eureka disc of Jailhouse 41 (1972),the fifth is from screen grab from the blu ray.The blu has more natural colours where as the dvd is very garish.

My problem is i'm watching too many things. If you could see the amount of stuff I've left unreviewed its actually quite staggering.

This is just untrue. I've never bought a blu that hasn't been dual format. I've only got about ten in total.

Unless it's lit by fluorescent lighting, in that case the blu is wrong.
