See comment from Justin (below). Usually when the LE sells out they release 3 small sets with slipcovers.

They've not done any Vol Two ones yet, but you can still buy the full set in shops, so it might be a while off.

Seems to be only applicable on the spotlight items? Possibly older releases also or weight related? I tested it on 2 items (1 Spotlight and 1 new release) and it was 3 and 6 GBP respectively.
