I just saw those surprisingly low prices in their mail-out this morning, headed over to the website, and all sale reductions now appear to have been removed?

What gives?

Were the ?9 4Ks etc a mistake?

Thought it seemed... uncharacteristic of the label's usual approach, let's say.

From what i understand their customer service has gone down the pan so you'll be lucky to get any sort of apology

They accidentaly posted the sale with everything at 9 quid, including box sets etc, but it seems they quickly saw the mistake and took all sale prices off.

It is unlikely that they will post those orders.

Totally read my reply wrong there.

You said disappear as if it never happened so i was saying what happened? As in nothing to see here, no inaccurate sale prices.

..and now most of the things I was considering buying today for the *regular* sale price (because I've not picked up any Arrow stuff for ages - wonder why, etc) are 'sold out' or vanished from the website... oh dear, what a palaver.
